This is where I write about building with AI as an engineering leader: what actually ships, what quietly fails, and why most of the failures come from treating probabilistic systems as if they were deterministic software.

I run engineering at IU Group, Germany's largest private university, around 130,000 students. Most of what I publish starts there: real pipelines, named tools, measured results. The other half of my training - filmmaking at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne - shows up as restraint: one idea per piece, cut hard.
